When I was in elementary school
and wanted attention from a girl I liked,
I’d wander off somewhere alone
in hopes my love would come for me.
I do much the same thing now that I’m married –
but with less hope.

haha! Oh marriage. So different than back then!
Yeah, it really can be. I don’t understand why though. This example is just a stupid and silly thing I do, but marriage really is a lot different than dating.

I like the end. 🙂 Eventually they come looking, but I agree… the hope that used to be so exciting is more resigned to knowing that they will come looking for a different reason.
I agree. Hannah was upset about that post, but it’s more about a silly thing I do than something she doesn’t do, ya know?
